General:
UPDATED Sep 2025:
- Due to the new tariff regulations, all packages outgoing to the US will be put on pause after September 20, 2025. Until then, pre-orders are still accepted as they will all ship from the US branch.
- Flat items such as photo cards and postcard will still be available to ship to the US even after September 20, 2025.
- All other countries have UNTRACKED AIR mail by default to save shipping costs.
- Orders will take around 1-3 weeks now for most countries.
Other policy info:
- Once the package is sent out, everything is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. But please feel free to reach out and I will try to do everything I can in my power!
- I also do not collect VAT or other custom fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay them along with any other import taxes, etc.
